There are two cash point/ATM locations, one in Lloyds Bank, the other at Halifax. Both have internal and external options.

Lost Property

If you lose any personal property whilst shopping with us, please notify us as soon as possible by either calling 01726 879656 or contact us via the website, giving us as much relevant information as possible, including your name and contact details. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

We have public toilets for females, males, and accessible facilities. Please follow the on-site signage to locate these. All are free of charge. Baby changing facilities are also provided.

We understand that a visit to a busy shopping centre can be daunting to some people, including those with autism spectrum conditions, sensory, or additional needs. To help make your visit as enjoyable as possible, we do have a Sensory Guide available. This is designed to support you from the early stages of planning a visit, arriving at the centre, and information about our amenities.
